Return Policy

By using Barclay & Bloom's return and refund services, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity regarding our return and exchange for customers within the United States.

30-day returns policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must first contact our support team at:

After contacting customer support, customers will receive:

  • Return instructions

  • The appropriate return address

Please note:

  • Returns are handled through our international fulfillment partners

  • Return addresses may be located outside the Netherlands and the European Union

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Items returned without prior contact or authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks and card issuers may require additional time to process the refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

No Restocking Fee

Barclay & Bloom does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If an item is received damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@barclay-bloom.com.

Photographic evidence may be requested to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items sent by us

For exchange requests, please contact support@barclay-bloom.com.

For size changes or preference-based exchanges, customers may return the item (subject to this policy) and place a new order separately.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 3–4 hours after purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellations are no longer possible and the return policy applies.
