Change of Address

Once the delivery is on its way, we are unable to change the address. Please email us at support@barclay-bloom.com within 3-4 hours of making your order if you need to change the delivery address.

Cancellation

We cannot accept order cancellations after delivery. Please notify us within 3-4 hours after making your purchase if you desire to cancel.

Damage or Lost items
